Machinery Supply Screen Media

Machinery Supply Screen Media is composed of individual wires that vibrate independently at different frequencies, which reduce material build up between the wires and allows for the screens to self-clean.

With 30% more open area than typical square mesh, production increases of up to 30% are commonly achieved.

Screen Media Types:

Pulse “D” Style

  • Diamond-shaped opening
  • Good individual wire movement
  • Typically reduced pegging and blinding
  • Very accurate opening size

Quake “T” Style

  • Provides the most accurate sizing
  • Single straight wire has a completely different vibration, which causes additional cleaning action

Ripple “S” Style

  • Best for cutting sand out of a product
  • Provides lots of action on each individual wire to help reduce build-up
  • Good choice for wet and sticky material

Tremor “L” Style

  • Most open area available in a screen
  • Excellent for cutting out natural sand
  • Good choice for wet and sticky material
